Located at the CHEMESIS industrial platform in Carling Saint-Avold, it produces a family of 7 organic acids.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled to come on-line in 2022, this facility will be ideally situated in the heart of Europe, close to its target markets, while retaining its ability to export its specialty acids worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>AFYREN NEOXY is the result of a joint venture between AFYREN and Bpifrance SPI Fund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 solutions manufactured<\/li>\n<li>16,000\u00a0t\/year production capacity by 2022<\/li>\n<li>About \u20ac 60 million of investments<\/li>\n<li>A factory without industrial waste<\/li>\n<li>Products with a carbon footprint divided by 3<\/li>\n<li>About\u00a060 direct jobs created and up to 200 indirect and local jobs created<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>AFYREN NEOXY, IMPLEMENTATION ACCELERATED BY THE INTEGRATION OF THE EUROPEAN AFTER-BIOCHEM PROJECT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1141 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioeconomie-grandest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/after-biochem_original-01-300x167.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bioeconomie-grandest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/after-biochem_original-01-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bioeconomie-grandest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/after-biochem_original-01.png 515w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The AFTER-BIOCHEM Project will build an all-in-one and first of its kind flagship biorefinery within the chemical platform sited at Carling-Saint-Avold (in the region GrandEst, France).\u00a0 AFTER-BIOCHEM\u2019s operational coordination and plant management will rely on AFYREN NEOXY.<\/p>\n<p>Jean SAINT-DONAT, CEO of AFYREN NEOXY, overseeing the overall operations, highlighted :\u00a0<em>\u201cAFTER-BIOCHEM enables us to accelerate the implementation of the AFYREN NEOXY plant, which is a big first step towards European industrial replications for the growing market of biobased products. The combination of our partners expertise will accelerate the industrial validation, diversify our feedstock supply and broaden the variety of manufactured products. All this to offer competitive and sustainable solutions to our future customers\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The plant installation within the chemical platform sited at Carling Saint-Avold foresees 50+ direct jobs and up to 200 indirect jobs in manufacturing &amp; construction\/engineering sectors.
