Target audience:

Regional authorities, authority associations and their contractors
Associations
Companies, including farms, freelance professionals, large retail, tourist sector professionals
Social landlords
Co-ownership properties
Participatory and social projects

Ineligible:

Private individuals in a personal capacity
Property developers
Projects led by central government, the Départements and their operatives

Objectives:

To contribute to attaining the objectives of the SRCAE regional plans for the climate, air and energy
To reduce the use of fossil energy
To reduce greenhouse gas emissions
To develop the production of renewable energy
To develop the geothermal sector in the Grand Est region

For studies:

Section: investment

Maximum rate: 50% for large companies, 60% for medium-sized companies and 70% for other beneficiaries.

Maximum eligible calculation base: €50,000

For investments – geothermal energy of less than 70 MWh renewables per year for groundwater and ground probes and geothermal energy of less than 120 MWh renewables per year for wastewater

Maximum rate:
For local authorities: 40%, 45% or 50% depending on the financial potential and fiscal effort of the municipality depending on the stratum
For other beneficiaries: 50% (45% for large companies)

Soutien à la géothermie de surface

Cible(s) :

les collectivités territoriales, leurs groupements et leurs délégataires
les associations
les entreprises, incluant, les exploitations agricoles, les professions libérales, la grande distribution, les professionnels du tourisme
les bailleurs sociaux
les copropriétés
les projets participatifs et citoyens

Ne sont pas éligibles :

les particuliers à titre individuel
la promotion immobilière
les projets portés par l’Etat, les Départements et leurs opérateurs

Objectifs :

contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs des Schémas Régionaux Climat Air Energie (SRCAE),
réduire le recours aux énergies fossiles,
réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre,
développer la production d’énergie renouvelable,
développer la filière géothermie dans la région Grand Est.

Pour les études :

Section : investissement

Taux maximum : 50% pour les grandes entreprises, 60% pour les moyennes entreprises, 70% pour les autres bénéficiaires.

Plafond de l’assiette éligible : 50 000 €

Pour les investissements – géothermie de moins de 70 MWh EnR/an sur nappe et champ de sondes et géothermie de moins de 120 MWh EnR/an sur eaux usées
